Walker’s Design & Build completed a complete home renovation at 598 Clinton Street, transforming the property into a beautiful modern living space while preserving its character and significantly increasing its value and functionality. The Clinton Street project was a luxury renovation of a four-storey attached home, designed to preserve its original character while transforming it into a modern forever home. The homeowners were torn between moving and renovating, so we redesigned the property to meet their family’s needs for years to come. The renovation included extensions across four floors, new windows and window extensions that bring in bright natural light and look out onto one of two custom decks, two home offices, three upgraded bathrooms, heated floors, refreshed flooring, stairs and railings, elegant sconce lighting, fresh paint, upgraded electrical and lighting, a refurbished kitchen, and a revitalized laundry room. We also created a beautiful private suite for their child, complete with a dedicated bathroom and deck, giving them the space and privacy to grow without the family ever needing to move. The layout was reconfigured by closing existing doorways, creating new openings, and restructuring key areas to improve the home’s flow and functionality. Outside, we upgraded the front and side exteriors, redesigned the front garden, rebuilt the rear stairs, and completed professional basement waterproofing to stop ongoing leaks and protect the property. The result was more than a renovation—we helped turn the house into a true family home that the owners fell in love with again and plan to enjoy for the rest of their lives.
